your piece will ship for free, domestically and internationally, from seattle, wa, united states to the address given during checkout with a tracking number.

orders will typically ship within 1-5 business days – excluding weekends and holidays.

united states delivery takes about a week from the shipping date. international delivery can take anywhere between 2 to 6 weeks, depending on customs processing. rare opal isn’t responsible for fees or costs related to customs fees or processing.

rare opal isn’t responsible for any lost, stolen or returned packages, but all shipments are tracked and insured by USPS – if you have a concern with your shipment, your best bet is to contact USPS directly with your tracking number.

returns and exchanges are reviewed case-by-case.
